Nori Nakagawa
After five years of training at a sushi restaurant in southwestern Honshu, Japan, where I was born and raised, I became interested in Australian food culture and came to Australia.
Having nearly 20 years of experience working in some ex-hatted restaurants, fine dinings and other food outlets in Sydney, I opened Ronin Japanese' in the beautiful town Croydon, October 2020.
I am looking forward to welcoming customers with a menu that draws on my knowledge and experience.
If you are looking for authentic Japanese food, our restaurant should be the place for you.
